Noisy X100V

I have just purchased an X100V but find it’s noisy when turning off and on. This is caused by the lens movement which doesn’t exist on the X100V or T. If you’re used to the silent operation if those cameras, it’s an annoyance. Are there other X100V owners who have the same issue?

I have the same noisy autofocus issues with my X100V delivered yesterday.  It is not only at on/off but autofocus hunting as well.  The noise is very noticeable at video recording as well.  I posted videos on facebook Fuji X100 user group.  Some people said it is 'normal', while others load videos showing much smaller noise with their units.

I acquired an X100V this week and have the same issue as that described by Joe Zhou. Compared to my XT3, its extremely loud. Compared to the Canons I have used it is very noticesble and a bit off-putting. Are such noises the norm with this camera?
