Was compressed raw ever made available on the x-t1?

I just upgraded to the latest firmware on my X-T1 after a few years without updating it. It doesn't look like compressed raw functionality was ever added, correct?

Annoying because the massive raw files are one of the only things I don't like about the X-t1. Anyone else found a way to deal with that?

What do you mean by compressed raw? Sorry but RAW by definition is uncompressed format, correct me if I'm mistaken

some more recent Fuji cameras such as the X100f offer lossless compression for raw files.

I just checked the various firmwares for the X-T1 and never available, in anything I read.  I imagine that it's CPU intensive feature for a camera CPU (no so much for a laptop CPU), and that they didn't want users to have to wait an inordinate amount of time and thus complain about the cameras?

Lossless compressed RAW is only available on the 24MP and 26MP bodies.
