I've never seen one like that.

Lens Flipper is taking votes and Fuji is currently running at over 50 percent of the votes of the next mount they do. http://lensflipper.com

I've seen the Flipper in action and it's pretty cool.  They make a clip so you can mount it to backpack strap or something also.

Peak Design just released a lens mount that utilizes their Capture plate, but they opted for Canon, Nikon and Sony (leaving out the X-Mount).

I suppose you could use an adapter to adapt this Nikon bayonet to your fuji lens.

You are obviously a very different person from me. ;)

The very idea of having a lens, exposed to bumping it into things and to the elements, hence with the capability to introduce dust inside my camera, sends cold shivers down my spine but I suppose it would take all sorts!

I will join milandro on this one.

Me not likey the idea that anything could knock my lens off or worse bump into something solid that could break it because it was resting on my hips and not inside my bag.

In a studio work, maybe, then again I am in no such a hurry that I can not just walk a few feet to the table and swap lenses.
