Unsticking skin of X-pro1

The skin of my x-pro1 is unstiking. Also it has zones without teture, because of the touch of the hands, I asume. 

The fact is I want to change the skin, I already did the same with my old nikons: with the time, they need to be re-stiked or changed. But I was looking for replacement in this case, and I only find skins of weird colors and textures, not the original ones. ¿Anybody knows where t find the skin replacement?

Aki-Asahi makes some custom replacements but they don’t seem to have ever made any for X-T1 and any successors but you should be alright with your X-Pro-1 ( they have plenty!)

Of course be aware of the fact that replacing the skin automatically voids your guarantee!

 

Fuji UK does provide custom skins ( keeping the guarantee) for new or used cameras but they charge you a premium for the privilege.

Wow.  I'd wipe the peanut butter from your hands before touching the camera from now on    Only kidding.    I've had my X-T1 now for 18 months and I use it just about every day for shooting personal, work, and stock and haven't had a problem.  That is strange...

We shall see how it fares after this next business (stock) trip.  I'll be in very humid and hot environment pretty much shooting regularly in and around salt water!  As long as I don't drop it....

well, today there were several reports of problems with the X-T1 too, so this is not limited to OP’s X-Pro-1 and obviously something is triggering this more with some camera than with others.

Yes, those are the skins I was talking about, I hate the colors and the textures. I want to replace the skin with the same skin, discrete, black, and simple.
