    Old & New shown by nature This photo was taken during our way up the mountain to visit the Ruines du Château de Wildenstein. I really liked this specific scenery as i felt it showed the contrast between the old & new through nature. Having the contrast of the fallen rotting logs and leaves with the nice green mosses that cover them and the new trees which will replace the old. The circle of life ... This was taken during a 5 day family holiday in the Alsace region of France, visiting the Route Des Vins and the beautiful mountains located amongst them.     I currently own the 14mm & 23mm primes as well as a 55-200mm zoom lens. To be completely honest this is a pretty good setup that seems to be working for me, however if i would choose 3 primes i would probably swap the 55-200mm with the 90mm prime lens. Mainly cause i like to have the ability to create a lot of diversity in my photography from landscapes to wildlife to close-ups and so on, which this setup seems to cover quite well while staying compact for travel and walking around. In the end my favourite lens is the 23mm it just creates very pleasing images alongside the X-T1 body. Conclusion, Ideal prime setup; Fuji X-T1 + 14mm + 23mm + 90mm

    Fossils of sea creatures found inside the catacombs of Paris, France. Fuji X-T1 + 23mm: ISO 1600 - F1.4 - 1/125 The Catacombs of Paris or Catacombes de Paris are underground ossuaries in Paris, France. Located south of the former city gate, the ossuaries hold the remains of about six million people and fill a renovated section of caverns and tunnels that are the remains of historical stone mines, giving it its reputation as "The World's Largest Grave". Opened in the late 18th century, the underground cemetery became a tourist attraction on a small scale from the early 19th century, and has been open to the public on a regular basis from 1874.
