Lens on backorder for 4 months in the UK - no sign of delivery

Does anybody have any idea what is happening to Fuji lens manufacturing?

I'm trying to purchase an XF 18-135mm zoom but no UK stores (on line or real) have it, everyone says it's on backorder from Fuji but none have even an estimated date for delivery.

Maybe it is not worth waiting? I had 18-135 and it was a total disappointment until I sold it.

I have heard mixed reviews of the Fuji 18 to 135. The 18 to 135 is on backorder, for some time, from B & H in New York.

its the one Fuji lens I got rid of its not up to the high Fuji standard at all.

  I would look at the 55-200 far superior lens if you want a bit of distance
