Hi guys, I'm Piero and I'm new here. Nice to meet you.

I just signed in because of a really specific question: I tried the x100vi of my girlfriend and I would like to know which Fuji cameras are offering the same (or more) possibilities when shooting multiple exposures. I am thinking about getting a Fuji myself but this feature is fundamental for my photography and the manuals are not really telling much... For example I know the XT3 is only doing 2 exposures because a friend told me. I have no idea about any other model. In short I would like to know which ones are doing this:

  • at least 5 exposures
  • Possibility to save each photo/step as raw and not only jpg (I guess no fuji saves also the result in raw too, right?)
  • possibility to change setting between shots (and zooming but I guess that's no issue)
  • I need a camera with a viewfinder (so no XM)
  • I don't want to get the x100vi mainly because of the 35mm. I need a zoom lens.
  • weather sealed, here it rains a lot

Thank you for your help!

Welcome to the forum.

Most of the camera bodies can use up to nine exposures to make the final image.

Would saving the separate raw images and combining them using an image editor be the same as what you are asking about doing? Not to overlook the possibility of editing the separate images before joining them.
