Fujifilm X-T2 Backlight/Light Issues

Hi

 

I've hab my X-T2 for a couple of months now, and going through the photos I noticed some issues when you shoot something backlit. In a certain angle it kinda produces a grid like pattern. Has anybody else had this issue? Is this normal?

Just curious since it has more or less the same sensor as the X-Pro2 but I have never had any similar issues here. (More pics here, uncompressed http://bit.ly/2gocFwY)

Yes, I've experienced the same thing on my XT2. Hopefully there's a fix in the next firmware.
