I just purchased my X-S20 brand new. This is my first Fuji camera. When the screen is flipped and flush on the camera body, it randomly just turns off. The camera is still powered on and I can look through the view finder. And if I open the screen to re-articulate it, it turns back on.

I made sure nothing is blocking the eye sensor. It just randomly does this. And I did update the firmware when I got this yesterday. The screen will stay on if it is opened and flipped to the side. And it is not timing out for power saving. It will turn off while navigating through the menu.

Here is a video showing the issue. - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1i6Dvk-gDe8dsm1iFeH3Tr3aMmCQBa2jL/view?usp=sharing

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Same issue here, when I turn the camera on, the rear LCD does not come on, until I move the screen a little away from the body. it then stays on until another power cycle.. I am using a Tilta cage. it has a magnetic tool mount right below the hinge of the LCD. ive noticed that if I remove the tool (but still leave the magnet in the cage) the function is normal. So having the tool actually mounted changes the pattern of the magnetic field and leads to this issue. Looks like I have to do without the tool being on the cage - a pity, but at least its not a fault with the camera!
