X-T5 One Screen Setting not working

Hello everyone,

I am going mad because one of the screen settong is not working properly.

In particular the "EVG eye sensor + LCD display for image view". With this setting the LCD stays on every time I am not looking in the EVF. Instead it should turn on only to show the just taken picture.

Anybody with the same issue? Am I doing something wrong?

I think you are misunderstanding the purpose of the setting - from your description it is working as intended - the display remains in use when displaying images and for live view

The EVF on the other hand does not show image display (only live view).

Then there is no difference with the option "Eye sensor" only.

The difference is in the EVF not the LCD - with "Eye sensor only" the image display option is shown but not with "EVF Sensor and LCD image display"

Ah OK, so there is no setting to have live view on the EVF and only the picture display on the LCD, without live view.

Pitty, that configuration would fit nicely to me. Oh well, I am sure I will manage anyway.
