First things to check/adjust on just bought refurbished X-Pro 1

Hello everyone!

 

I just bought one of the last refurbished X-Pro1s around for less than 300€. Everything looks perfect outside, but since I'm new to the Fuji world, could you tell me what are the first thing to check and adjust on this God-sent beauty?

The only thing I ever had issues with was the OVF. When turning the camera on, the plastic cover for the EVF would slide partly in front of the OVF. Took three trips to Fuji Kleve to have it sorted out.

That does not seem to happen on my OVF

If the camera switches between OVF/EVF on the lever and if if it remembers your previous choice when being switched on then it's fine

It does! Actually, I still haven't had the chance to thank you Adam. Your blog was quite an interesting and entertaining reading, and certainly one of the reasons I chose to buy the x-pro1 !

I recommend my manual focusing settings but YMMV
