I'm Steve, back again for some research before taking the plunge!

I say back again as I was on here before. My first interchangeable lens camera was the X-T1, nearly 10 years ago, which I had and loved for years.  Then I switched to Canon, at the time I was craving Canon colours.

And now I find myself craving Fuji colours again! particularly with (as I only recently learned) the ability to use recipes and tweak colours and other look-n-feel aspects in-camera.

It'll be a substantial move for me, as built up a fair bit of Canon gear over the last few years, but I want a much more pared down set-up (weight, size, amount of gear), and I know I love Fuji cams.

My only potential reservation is missing all that f/1.2 on full frame can bring!  Though I know the Fuji pro wide glass enjoys a great reputation!

Anyways, I'll be lurking and researching, just to verify that I'll be making the right move for me.

Cheers all.

Steve

I too am back to Fuji X-H2S and GFX100S. Left for Hassie but many months after ordering the 3 new lenses I only had the 38V, so I gave up on them. The thinking behind it was if they are so like this with new orders what the heck will they be like for service or repair. Fuji I could walk in the shop and buy everything with 1 or 2 days notice. What's more I am very happy with both cameras and the lenses I chose. I hope I have killed GAS stone-dead.

Ha! Yes I feel the same in that way. I bought way too much Canon kit, not using 80-90% of it!
This time I will be getting the X-T5 and an XF23 f1.4 to start with! I'll likely 'need' at least a couple more primes over time, but I'll start with just the one!
