Fuji XH2s - Video Clip download Issue

Hi all,

I shot a clip on XH2s - the full clip is playable on the camera, but when i attempt to download through image capture onto my MacBook Pro - a portion of the clip is not playable (it appears greyed out)

if you have any thoughts on this issue I am experiencing, I can share more details regarding settings.

Any help on this issue would be much appreciated!

Same thing happening here. did you find a way?

You have to use a card reader - there is a 4GB limit in copying from Fujifilm cameras to Mac computers via USB
