x-t2 X-T2 with some problems: "Turn off and back on...", shutter

Hi everybody, the first, im come from a country in Asia and doesn't speak English, so my English skill is not very good, i hope everyone can understand and support.

I'm using a X-T2 and have some problems :((

1. Shutter stuck, it sound like open and close repeatly, monitor display somethings strange, can not stop the shutter with "shutter trigger" until remove the battery.
2. Display "Turn off and on back again" when i chose repeat-shoot mode + mechanical shutter without any lens

3. Images when i try to get somes was burned, dazzled...

I will upload some pictures and videos below for everyone can more understand. If you need more information, pls let me know!

At my place doesn't have any Fuji-service centers or repair centers, with limited experience i do not know any places can help me with those problems. Anyone can told me what exactly problems am i having?

Is this a new camera or used?  If used then your shutter button maybe gummed up and needs cleaning.
