xt1 for $899 or xt10 for $799

The X-T1 is objectively the better camera. For that little of a price difference, there's no major reason to not get it. Bigger EVF, full dial layout, weather sealing.
However, there are a couple of small points in favour of the X-T10: "like new" suggests the X-T1 is used, so I would assume that does not come with a warranty, whereas a new X-T10 will; the battery life of the X-T10 seems to be very slightly better; if you trade in or sell your X-E1, that + the extra $100 would probably be enough to buy you another lens, if you fancy it.

Double-check the X-T1 really is "like new" and make your decision from there. If it really is as good as new, I think this is a no-brainer.

One thing I would like to throw in, not for OP obviously but in general.

The X-T1 dials and controls are quite foreign if you are a Canikon shooter, so while missing a metering dial, you get that PASM dial on the X-T10 which can be good if you are one to feel lost without it.

    • Hi all,  I’m aware that this is a common issue however my issues seem to be even more developed.  The camera started to freeze and as other users found, the only way was to remove the battery.  I have now upgraded to the newest firmware (2.12) but issues persist. As suggested I wanted to disconnect any paired bluetooth device but I CANNOT access the setup menu as the camera freezes.  The first 4 menus are with a red strip on the right inside but the setup menu (wrench) is with blue stripes and as soon as you navigate to it freezes. See attached. Any advice? Thank you

    • Hi I just got an XH2s mainly for the fast frames per second as I want to catch birds in flight. Great it shoots 40 frames per second but now after 10 minutes I have 120 Gb of files on the CFexpress card. I connected to my laptop with a usb 3.2 2x1 cable and it takes 3 hours 45 min to transfer? I've set "Card reader" in connection settings , am I missing something or is this what to expect? Should I just but a CFexpress card reader?
    • Hi! I’m new here too. Losing settings might be due to the internal battery running low try keeping the main battery in or charging via USB-C. Also, backing up with Fujifilm X Acquire can help. Thanks for bringing this up!
    • Thanks for the tips! Turning on the camera before plugging in USB really helped. Zoom works fine for me too haven’t tried others yet, but good to know about Webex and Camtasia.
    • I bought a Fujifilm X-T5 to use for my service photography. But in fact, the quality is not as they advertise Although I use red label XF lenses for this machine, the image quality is too bad, not sharp. The AF-C system, eye - face tracking of the X-T5 is very poor, often out of focus and is my nightmare every time I go home after the photo shoot to check the image on the computer. I lost a lot of customers because of the poor image quality that Fuji X-T5 brings Will there be a firmware update as soon as possible to fix these problems? I'm considering changing to ZF because I really don't trust Fujifilm equipment
