Just got the GFX100S. It's a great camera with rich color deep and low light capability.

Have one question to check with the group here. Notice that there are some bright white spots, a few, in specific location of every photo when zoom in, say by 5 times. It's in white square shape, likely pixel.

Is it caused by 'dead' pixel and remapped the sensor helps? 

Some photos are attached for reference. 

Please advise if this is common in the machine with this large sensor of Fujifilm camera, or just individual copy defect.

Do I need to return to Fujifilm Dealer?

If you just received the camera, and already have dead pixels I would send it back for another one.  In all my years shooting Fuji, since 2012, I've only mapped twice and that was on my XT2 from 2016.

IMHO you should not have to do this on an out-of-box camera.
