Is the X-Pro 1 dead in the water re updates

Probably a naive question I know but I thought I'd ask!

I don't think so, it is still a very capable camera and is currently relatively cheap.

 

Plus if you didn't had any Fuji prime before, you can still find deals coupled with the 18 and 27. So yeah, quite a nice little thing to have for some random fun at good prices.

I expect Fuji will continue to support the camera with firmware updates for new lenses (when required), as the camera is still on sale, and probably for a long time after it is discontinued. I wouldn't expect to see new features rolled out via firmware anymore though.
