Remove the battery and put it back , then switch on. the remote camera app sometimes freeze the camera, i had that experience a few times, but removing battery will get you out of the frozen situation !. i hope this helps, have a nice day !.

I was photographing in the zoo and taking several pictures and then I was not. I was not accessing the smartphone pairing menu. But I was photographing and then I was not and I haven't been able to get it out. Did you have to send your camera in to be fixed?
