Trouble Installing Fujifilm X Webcam Software on Mac

When installing the Fujifilm X Webcam software you have to restart your computer in order to complete the installation. After I restart my Macbook I can't find the Fujifilm X Webcam software anywhere, I've tried this five times and continues to fail at installing the software. My OS is up to date and compatible, so I'm not sure what the problem can be. Can anyone help?

It's a driver essentially. No app to run.

Open up your conferencing app and see if the Fuji Webcam shows up as an option.

Thanks for the help. I'm actually now having trouble getting my Macbook to recognise my X-T3.

TeamTarek, were you able to solve this problem? I am having exactly the same situation with my iMac. And it doesn't show as a choice in my Zoom or other conference apps.

What MacOS are you using. Fujifilm X Webcam and my XT-3 were working with Sierra. I installed Catalina lastnight and now I can't get it to work.

Hi JoseM / TeamTarek - did you find a resolution to this issue? I'm running Catalina on a MacBook Pro and have gone through the installation process but still can't see the Fujifilm X Webcam as a video camera in any of my conferencing software.

RS_Phot and TeamTarek, I have not been successful. I have an iMac running Catalina. Installed the software several times but I still can't see it in any of my conference programs, such as Zoom, etc.

Same issue here. Installed the driver but no option for Fuji Film cameras in any of the menus...

Same issue here on Mojave.  Installed multiple times and rebooted multiple times and no app shows Fuji as an option.

So this seems to be a widespread issue and I'm not seeing a lot of answers. Has anyone been successful with this? Seems like a terrible user experience. Asking to reboot then giving no feedback that installation is complete, no further instructions, and the camera not appearing as an option in any appliction.

Total fail.

Same issue here with a Fujifilm X-T2 on a brand new 2019 iMac I purchased this winter. Completely up to date - Catalina 10.15.6 - no camera recognized anywhere on Zoom or elsewhere.

 I have a Surface Laptop for work that the camera and software work perfectly with on Zoom.

i am also on 10.15.6 and get my xt4 only to work in google meet via chrome, it does not show up in either MS Teams or Skype.

I had this problem but fixed it using the first part of this guy's video. (the terminal code stuff)
