Film Simulations

I have 7 film sims with WB shifts in my Q menu. Also have a button programmed to bring up the conventional “stock” simulations. If I use a stock simulation, does the camera automatically default to its normal settings for WB, Highlights, Color, etc?? Camera is XT30

Stock simulation should have the normal settings for highlights, shadows colour and sharpening, but not for WB, which is controlled separately from the film simulations (note that both simulations and WB can be set with the Custom Setting, which is what you're doing in the Q menu)

Thanks. That’s what I figured but I hadn’t found it specifically mentioned anywhere.
