X-Pro 2 with XF 55-200 issue

I had the same issue when I first tried the 55-200 on my XP2, use the aperture control ring (nearest the lens mount) to change the aperture and it works fine. It took me a while to get used to it as there are no visible apertures but once you have used it a couple of times it is fine. I think it is purely the lack of visible apertures that causes confusion, the ring does have detents indicating aperture changes and is positive to change and move through the full range. Odd but it works! -

I collected my new X-Pro2 last Friday and took it out for its first (and only one so far) test shoot on Sat and it performed beautifully - I am very happy with the performance and quality so far.

The reset is usually caused by the CPU not having enough charge, try putting a fully charged battery in and leave for 24hrs and you should find the settings are intact - I have not had that issue but did leave fully charged battery in the camera for nearly 24hrs before changing settings/ using the camera - no issues, the camera has been off since Sat and I have just checked it and all the settings are still intact.

You may need to change the dial actions as the rear dial may be set to shutter speed, and the front dial aperture. -
35mm 1.4 Issues on X-Pro 2

Fingers crossed, no problems with my 35 f1.4 on my new X-Pro2 (collected last Fri), I have also not experienced any issues with settings - I did put a fully charged battery in and left it overnight and all settings have remained intact. -
