  1. I watch the Sony Alpha 7 for a while. Many variants. Fast and active development. Full format. Great lenses. Maybe I should try one to shorten waiting time?
  2. The current problem of Fuji: They have no new technology available. So they take the existing for knitting new niche models. The world ( and I ) waiting for new top models.
  3. The Pro1 is still fantastic . And it will remain so for a long time . I bought a second , because prices are so silly . I have both other two cameras too - but the Pro1 is my favorite when I want to have fun. I take the T1, when object are moving around. The 100T , when discretion is required . And the Pro1 with XF56, if I want to relax.
  4. I have the chance to get some old Contax lenses with C/Y bajonett out of a collection. All made by Zeiss. Any recommendations for certain lenses? Can't buy them all Any recommendations for adapters?
  5. I love my Pro1. I love the OVF. I love to see and react on the action outside my picture frame. I own a T1 too. To use my glasses in situations were a faster AF is helpful. I will definitely buy a Pro2. The same day it is available.
  6. My dream would be: Keep the Pro1 and just replace internals... It will not happen Fuji lives with the idea of having to do all things smaller. So the Pro2 will be smaller. It will again look like a poor mans Leica. Maybe like the Leica CL. Which is small. They will then need a new, smaller standard glas in order not to obstruct the OVF. Propably the 35/2 will fit. They will add a fragile tilt screen. I will not use it. Internally they will first show the 3rd generation sensor and cpu. With a perfect AF. They will also expand video capabilities. Since I can't tell you if my Pro1 is able to take videos, I don't care too much about that . Anyway. I'm ready to buy one. If it is not too small. Btw: Shouldn't we expect a mature housing for the 100-400? Even the T1 with BG is too small for this monster.
  7. Sure. But the E2 is still an actual model. And not cheap.
  8. Zhongyi Mitakon is on the market with a 35mm F0.95 for X-Mount. Guess Fuji will monitor their sales numbers.
  9. It's about the future of rf-style cameras. 3 years ago I felt in love with the Pro1. And I bought the E1 as a backup. When the E2 came with a new sensor, I wanted to try it too. As Fuji then packaged the E2 technology as a slr-style T1, I was confused. I still think it looks silly. But I bought it, because there were no appropriate updates for the E2. Now they put the old technology into the T10. For me, this is going too far. I will certainly not make me a fool with that silly flash on a strange miniature slr caricature. So I wait for the Pro2 or E3. I photograph just for fun. Certainly the Pro1 still makes great images. As the E2. It's more about the feeling of being a second-class customer. Which is no fun.
  10. I guess they have to offer something for the E2. The E2 is their actual offer for serious rf-style cameras. With the same price tag as the 'new' T10. So either an update to T1 3.x functionality will come or a new E3. I doubt they will send all their rf-style customers away..
  11. I do have the XF56 and I love it. But I'll try to get the XF90 too, since I like to have a certain distance to my objects. I hope the XF90 with WR shows a better build quality then the XF56 which collects a lot of dust inside after one year.
  12. Hello to everyone from Germany. I photograph for 40 years and I'm a Fuji-X maniac since 2012. Maniac means, that I have no A2 and no T10. From early times, I still have a EOS 7D. With the X-T1 4.0 update, I hope to get rid of it. In addition to Fuji-X I am interested in cars and computers.
  13. The XF90 is cheaper than the XF56.
  14. It's difficult. Fuji caught me with the Pro1. The classic RF-look and the quality feel to take it into Hands - fascinating. I never liked the T1. Nevertheless, I use it every day. But without love. I'm hoping for the Pro2. That model will decide on my future with Fuji. The T10 is a nice toy camera with an interesting automatic mode. Don't think that there is any future for the E-line.
  15. This forum is a great step forward. Great idea... But some cameras are missing. Any reason for that? I love my small XQ2. Basically a X30 for the pocket. Would love to hear about the future of that line too....
