  1. I've used ebay flash triggers to wireless trigger old Nikon SB-80 speedlights using my X-T1.. These do not provide TTL but are inexpensive. Mine are branded ishoot but that does not mean much ;-). Similar model: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Universal-WANSEN-16-Channels-Wireless-Radio-Remote-Studio-Flash-Trigger-Receiver-/151973937364?hash=item23625a40d4:g:xKkAAOSwoydWtB4I
  2. FWIW - I use glasses and have found no need for the Long Eye Cup. As Milnadro said "...save the money"
  3. Don't fully understand the question(s). The focus mode is separate from the exposure modes (Shutter, ISO, Aperture). You can set all of these to manual independently. The EVF can be set to preview mode (default) in the Screen Setup menu option.
  4. I had a similar experience where my X-T1 recorded a slower shutter speed compared to a Canon 40D where the ISO and F/stop were the same for a given scene exposure. Is this limited to the camera's ISO sensitivity or would it have something the do with the metering? I'm curious because if I were doing flash photography I would use a light meter to measure the required light output for my desired shutter speed and F/stop shooting in manual mode. I expected that two cameras shooting with the same ISO, Shutter and F/Stop would have similarly exposed images.
