me too i use fringer II, to adapt canon glass that i use also for video shooting on Blackmagic cameras. i can tell you that work fine with : X-T3 / X-T4 -> canon ef-s 17-55 2.8 IS, Ef 70-200 2.8 IS II, Sigma 18-35 1,8, samyang video 35/50/85 1.5.

After my film strip period, my first digital camera was a fujifilm s5000, later s9500, and my first DSLR was amazing S5 Pro (i came from nikon analog camera and i can use all my tools). I ever loved fujifilm color, from analog to actual color. Before to arrive to my actual camera i move across Canon 40D, Lumix gh2, Gh3, Canon 60D, Sony Alpha 7R, Lumix Gh5 until i mcome back to home with Fujifilm X-T3, but after few months i sold it, great color but... too thin... i cannot be confortable to shoot with it with ocular, my nose was too pushed against display (i'm not cyrano de bergerac), and i cannot live without stabilized sensor, i often use vintage lenses... then i moved to 😄 Fujifilm X-T4.

don't think to use photoshop or lightroom and have excellent quality from raf of fuji, capture one work better, if you prefer adobe suite you should convert from raf to dng with iridient X-transformer that allow you to have best of fuji xtrans sensor.

absolutely movie mode, you can enable noise reduction and others feature non avaible on still menu. you not miss big thing about driver to enable fuji like webcam, the quality is horrible (against high quality of camera), me too i bought capture card and quality is insane. fuji work like webcam only in still mode, only low resolution... the irony is that the old s5000 fujifilm a bridge of 2005 give me better webcam quality than my x-t4 with sigma 18-35 1.8...

finalcutproX when import so heavy files must do "optimized media" to manage that files. check on manual.

I tested a bit webCam X, but it had a lots' of room for improvment. i had x-t4 but ... seems that i connected my old fujifilm s7000 (year 2005 when fuji allow people to use their bridge like webcam). we need more resolution, actually is embarassing to have so low resolution, especially that i connected by usb 3.2 connection, internal it had a encoder hardware for h264/265) please enable video mode, to use noise reduction and more features from video mode add ability to change Iso, speed, iris from interface, it's annoing to change gears position, turno off, turn on to see the update Also if enabled usb powering not work, i verified to use a usb poweed, i enable in menu, but camera stop to work after same time of battery only using. i search on web fuji but i not founded where to send it.

Premiere show and work ever with 8 bit project, only if you enable high bit depth processing you can see or render out with all bit depth (no comment). To preview bit depth you must go to menu / sequence / sequence settings, and enable in panel opened "maximum bit depth". this option allow you to see correct preview of 10bit, later when you want to export remember to enable "maximum bit depth" ALSO in export panel or you preview in MBT but render out in 8 bit... anyway check davinci resolve, is very better option to edit, vfx, color, manage your movie.
