I left the profession many years ago and since reclaimed my amateur status. Over the last 20 years I've enjoyed photography just for the fun of it. I don't think of myself as an artist, but one who looks at the world through my lens and tries to capture it in an unusual way. The digital revolution has brought photography to a different and wider group of adopters. Much of photography has become very easy but the basics of  light & time remain the same and you still have to know where to point the camera .....for now.
