Feeling a bit confused. Just checking my cameras menus and it doesn't show an option for Wide/Tracking in the AF Mode. All I have is Single point, Zone and All. I am not in manual mode. It's the same for AF-S as it is for AF-C. Camera X100VI, up to date firmware.  I feel it is something basic, but i can't work it out.

Nope. I've tried all different ways and no joy. I tried putting a timecode on an audio track but couldn't get Tentacle Sync (Windows version) or LTC Convert to read it. (Tried this route as Premiere doesn't read timecode from the camera) The last two might be my fault though.  I wonder if the new HS2 will accept it?

Sorry, I should have closed this thread. The problem was with the contacts inside the camera which were faulty. Bought a replacement camera.

These images could not be sharp for a number of reasons. There is an easy way to check. Find a room with plenty of light, no wind, and put camera on tripod. Get one of those charts with lots of lines and colours - like a projector focussing chart - and take pictures (using a cable release or self timer) of it at various distances and apertures. Then you will know.

Well it seems there is a simple answer to this problem. You have to upload a copy of the receipt for your items. I was uploading files that were too big in size. Once i uploaded pdf's of around 200kb the system works. Why they don't tell you there is a maximum......
