  1. I have both the X-Pro2 and X-T2, plus I also have the 16mm f1.4. So I feel qualified to answer your question. Much as I love the X-Pro2, for the 16mm I would always chose the X-T2. The widest lens that is supported by the OVF in the X-Pro2 is 18mm. And as you say, the 16mm is visible in the OVF. So you are left using the EVF, in which case get the X-T2. Both are great cameras, my choice of which one to use depends on the lens.
  2. I can't help you with the video but I have just done an experiment with a photo of my cat (no human volunteers were willing). The RAW image (taken on X-Pro2 with 56mm f/1.2 at 1/250 f/2.8 ISO 500) was converted to JPEG at NR settings of -4, -2, 0, +2 and +4. The whole image is at the NR -4 setting, the 600x400px crops are at NR settings of -4, -2, 0, +2 and +4. To be honest, there really isn't much of a difference until you get to +2 and only the +4 looks bad. Hope it helps, I will try to repeat this experiment with a human face at a higher ISO.

  10. I would be interested in this. As soon as I got my X-Pro2 I set the NR to -4. I have my X100T set to -2 (as far as it goes). But perhaps -4 isn't necessary...
  11. I haven't had this problem but I am curious, does this affect cards in slot 1 or 2? For the record, I have a Lexar 2000x 300Mb/sec 64GB UHS-II card in slot 1 (for RAW) and a SanDisk Extreme 32GB 95Mb/sec UHS-I card in slot 2 for JPEG. I have found the write speeds to be very good.
  12. I bought an X-Pro2 with the new compact 35mm f/2 WR lens and am really happy with it. The combination is great for using the OVF, which for me is a big deal with this camera. I take mainly landscape pictures so the logical lens to get next is the 16mm f/1.4. But how does this work with the OVF? Has anyone tried this lens on the X-Pro2? How much does it block the view using the OVF? And are the framelines reasonably accurate?
  13. I have just got an X-Pro2 and I really like it. I have had an X-100T for a year and from my limited experience of the new X-Pro2, these two cameras work really well as a complementary pair. I particularly like that the X-Pro2 can save RAW images onto the SD card in slot 1 and JPEGs onto the card in slot 2. However, deleting unwanted BOTH images doesn't seem to be so easy. When I delete an unwanted photo, it only erases the frame from the card that is selected in the playback menu (currently set for slot 2, JPEG). To erase the RAW image as well, I need to switch the selected card to slot 1 and then repeat the procedure. This is a bit of a hassle or am I missing something obvious? Perhaps this is something that Fuji will fix in a firmware update.
