  1. A large number of threads and comments here are from people who have some sort of reliability problems with their camera. I have owned about 30 cameras over the years (including 3 Fujifilm), a mixture of new and recent used, and have never had any problems, even with cameras I have used heavily over a long period of time. I therefore believe breakdowns and malfunctions are very rare but the fact that people post about them gives a misleading impression. I don't know whether there's a way to create polls (if there is and I can't find it I apologise for my stupidity!) but if not maybe people might just like to comment here if, in their experience, cameras are actually extremely reliable.

  2. It would be rude not introduce myself, so here goes. I am a mature (old) bloke from the UK. I recently sold my Cannon Powershot G1 X Mk3 and have just (today) got my hands on a X-S20 with the kit 18 - 55 lens. I haven't actually opened the box yet and plan to do that tomorrow. I just wanted to start by saying hi and I have some questions about lenses, but that will wait until a later post. Hi all!

  3. The technical specs for each camera show the minimum ISO for each DR setting - here is an example for the X-S10 https://fujifilm-x.com/global/products/cameras/x-s10/specifications/ Look for the "Dynamic range setting" section

  4. I recently purchased an older fuji camera, the XE3 as my first camera. I mostly shoot in DR400% which for the XE3 locks me in at ISO 800. Recently I learned that newer Fujifilm cameras have that value lowered to ISO 640 and even 500. Im considering upgrading to a model with IBIS such as the xt4/5 or even the newer xs20 or xs10 but I cant seem to find reliable sources that state which models have the DR400% at ISO 640 or 500 etc. Would greatly appreciate any guidance for this thanks.
