    Going full fuji (from canon)

I've had a Fujifilm x-t20 for six months as a backup camera to a Canon 90D that I've used for two years. The Fuji system, film simulations, recipes, the X-Trans sensor, and all the knobs have all captured my heart. To cut to the chase, I'm thinking of switching entirely to Fuji. One body that can perform the same tasks as my 90D and X-T20 is my ultimate desire. Selling both bodies while maintaining my 23mm f/2.0 lens would allow me to purchase an X-T4/X-T5. According to what I've seen, they both offer everything I need: a high-speed burst, fantastic video (with IBIS), and a large megapixel count (particularly the x-t5). They might potentially be excellent alternatives to the Canon 90D. Is it a wise decision? I'd love to hear from other photographers and Fuji enthusiasts. Thanks

    Loose rubbergrip

I have used gorilla glue on my XT1 and it's held up for years now.

  3. Hello all, I'm Sam, I'm 41 and live in Brighton, UK. I've been shooting SLR film since 1995, digital since 2002 and moved from Nikon, to Canon and then to Fujifilm in 2018. I've enjoyed using an X-T1, X-T4, X100V but I am now only using an X-T5, mainly with the 33mm and 23mm fuji primes. My wife uses the camera for professional video work too (with a zoom), so we're fairly well-versed in the camera. I'm mainly a casual photographer: family, friends, everyday life, travel etc.. but I have on occasion put my hand to some more focused projects and I'm mainly interested in documentary work. Cheers, Sam

  4. I think making the GFX 50R faster and possibly equipping it with IBIS is a good idea, but to make it even more compact and cheaper is pure nonsense and hardly realistic. For the GFX 100S I see no potential for improvement for the time being, it has already been done as well as technically possible. This camera is both cheaper and lighter, why would Fujifilm now offer another variant with another model that is even more compact and cheaper than the GFX 50R? That wouldn't only be even less realistic, but also in no way sales-promoting. In the medium term, it might even be better to stop production of the GFX 50R.
