I would tend to think that the f/2 WR lineup is pretty steady (and not that mature) for the moment and Fuji would have no reason to update it as of yet, even if you have a personal need for compact and faster The 1.4 iterations are still very small by industry standards and are a balanced fit on the X-T series. 5 minutes with a FF body and a RF 50 1.2 and just how tiny the Fuji's are is impressive.
One of my favorite focal lengths, might be nice to have a faster alternative to the pancake for some days. Would be a good 2 lens bag with the 90. We shall see.
