Does this look like a dead pixel?

I noticed a blue colored pixel in today's photos, from yesterday's shoot, there was nothing visible.  So i did a dark series of exposures, with no lens, cap on and varying ISO/shutter speeds

Magnified to 11:1 in Lightroom

looks like one but not to worry too much, aside from a little understandable OCD " knee jerking reaction” to knowing that you have one, in practice you would never really notice it and easily retouch it if you did
