Hi there

As someone tried to record video for a professional stuff, with external mic etc... With the xt1 ?

My 5d is broke and i d like to use the fuji for video assignments as well, but not sure of the result...

i will be recording video with X-T1 next wednesday. It will be after FW4, i want to try face detection in video but most of time i will use manual focus like on DSLR.

Hi,

 

video quality is good if you shooting on low apertures and details, for example with 35 on 1.4. But if you shooting for example on f8 and wide angle and it is lot of grass or leafs in the picture then quality is very very bad.

how do you use face detection in video mode? highlight peaking in video mode would be AMAZING .. too bad thats not an option. i have to just judge everything my distance, its very difficult to see if things are in focus in darker settings.
