 Hi everyone,
I have a problem, maybe some of you have had the same experience and can help me.
I have a Fuji xt5 with Tamron 18-300 f3.6-6.3. The camera is set to AFC (the same thing happens in AFS with pre AF function)
This is the situation:
I have 2 subjects
Subject A is about 2 meters from me
Subject B is about 30 meters from me
When I move the frame from subject A to subject B, the camera should keep the subject I am pointing in focus and this actually happens up to the focal length of about 150 mm, from that focal length onwards, the camera does not focus (to be precise it locks the focus on the first subject I point) it does not even try to focus. I do not understand if it is a problem with the Fuji xt5 or the Tamron lens, can anyone of you help me?

Issues like this are common, there is a lot of commentary on YouTube about it, as well as in forums.

It's the latest firmware for the 40MP bodies.

The superzoom lens will be making show up more than a faster (aperture) lens too.
