Newbie from the Netherlands

Hi all, 

another newbie, from the Netherlands. I'm just a hobbyist shooting pictures in past times. No photog at all. 

After having enjoyed years of lugging around Canon gear with voigtlander manual focus lenses, after carrying along a borrowed M240, it was time to get more portable camera's. As I already liked the build quality of Fujifilm, as I already have an X-10, I took the plunge and got the X-T1, seeing the great big deal with the X-pro1, I bought it as well. Great fun camera's which make shooting pictures a joy :-) 

Hopefully I get to learn useful tips and tricks for my camera's on this forum. Someday I'll probably start to understand and learn using photoshop as well ;-)

Welcome ! Plenty of Dutchies around here.

Photoshop is for retouching, best to use Lightroom for 99% of normal Raw post processing.

 

Or if you want to get really serious, Capture One Pro, or Iridient (Mac only), or ..
