How to cycle focus through detected faces?

On the X-T5, is there any way to cycle through multiple detected faces to select the face you want in primary focus? 

On my X-T30ii, when I go to Settings/BUTTON/DIAL SETTING/FOCUS LEVER SETTING/TILT/, I have the following options (note #3): 

1. DIRECT AF POINT SELECTION
2. EDIT FOCUS AREA
3. DIRECT AF POINT SELECTION/FACE SELECT

However, on my X-T5, I only see the first two options. How can I get the "DIRECT AF POINT SELECTION/FACE SELECT" option to show? I feel like this must be related to some other setting, but for the life of me, I can't figure out what. I can't seem to find anything about this in the manual. Thanks!
