TURN OFF CAMERA AND TURN ON AGAIN error - something new

Good afternoon, colleagues and like-minded people! I apologize for my imperfect English, I hope you can understand me.

 

For a long time I have been suffering from the same error - TURN OFF CAMERA AND TURN ON AGAIN,  about which not a few forum threads have been written. However, in each of them all say that the problem is in the lenses, related to the shock or something else. HOWEVER, it seems to me that this is not really the case....

 

My equipment is two Fujifilm XT-30 II cameras, Fuji 18-55 and Viltrox 23 F1.4 lenses, and this is what I noticed!

The error that comes out on my first camera when using the 18-55 lens - absolutely does not happen on a similar second camera. And yet the first camera works with other lenses with no problems. It feels like they just didn't make friends, and now I'm complaining not so much about the lens, but about some mechanisms of interaction between this lens and this camera.

 

What can be done? Maybe roll over old firmware? Reset the settings? What options are there to solve this problem? I'm sure many people have faced or will face this problem, so any useful ideas will save more than one dozen interesting shots).
