Hello,

This question is for a Fujifilm X-S10.

Currently, when I try to take a shot of a dark scene with my flash ON, if I am in Manual mode, obviously the shutter speed that I set is reasonably fast (e.g. 1/80) as I have a Flash ON.

In this scenario, my view from the EVF is quite dark too and I can hardly see anything. Is there some setting I can use to ampllfy the brightness of the scene in the EVF?

Thank you.

When I switched from Nikon to Fuji, the fact that Shutter priority mode was NOT WYSIWYG made me nuts......but may be what you want. Try shutter priority, in the Fuji world, it does amp up the EVF when settings would otherwise  deliver a dark image. Behaves different than other settings. Threads here and on Dpreview.

Try it, mine is an XT-30 but think it is an overall Fuji thing vs. Camera specific.

You can checkout this thread too

Hope it helps
