X-T4 Firmware update-CAN'T

Hello all,

can you help me. From some time I'm trying to update my Fujifilm x-t 4, but I get the same error of all my SD CARDS (see the picture).

Try all I can find in google, but still....

Which computer? Have you tried a different computer?

When are you getting the message - is this in copying from computer to card?

Are you able to access the card for reading?

Have you tried to copy any other file to the card?

Are you able to copy the file to another destination?

Is the card in a USB connected reader or directly connected?

As much information as possible would help.

I don't have the X-T4 but could you update using a phone app rather than SD card?
