Lomography $$

Recommended Posts

All film is expensive (compared to digital being free).

Lomography an art movement.

If you want to create to create the lomo effect without the cost of buying camera, film and developing it. There are apps to download for smartphones, and there are Adobe Lightroom tutorials (on the web) to create the effect.

good luck

Lomography is about lo-tech tools more then it is the film.  Most of the companies I am buying film from are selling it cheaper anyway.  I can buy 100ft rolls of good film for about the same price I can buy a pro pack of Protra for.

It was really a comment about the Ebay sellers trying to get $8 a roll for expired film. The stick lomography on the description. I'm familiar with the technique just don't think it should be used to sell bad film.

If it is expired and the seller makes clear it is expired, then the buyer has enough information to make a reasonable decision. During the past century, it was not uncommon for camera stores to have a bin of expired film for sale. However, it was generally priced accordingly.
