Trouble attaching a photo

I am having trouble attaching a photo. I have downsized the photo to 392 KB, however I get a message that the file is too big to upload.

 

Do you have any sugestions?

The limit per post was 500 kB, I increased it to 1000 kB.

 

Did you try to upload only one image or was it more than one?

I tried only one.

 

The process I used was as follow:

Export the raw file in Lightroom with a max size of 500kb. The result was a 392kb jpeg.

Copy the file to our WD MyCloud.

Copy the file to Snapseed on our ipad.

Save the file in the camera roll.

Select "Choose File" and select the photo.

Select "Attach This File". It is at this point that I get the message that the file is too large.

Hmm, strange.

 

I just tried it out on my iPad and everything worked.

 

Can you send me the image?

I am not able to paste the photo in my respone. I am able to paste the photo in an email.
