None of them work best, as far as I know, you loose all electronic connections with the Canon lenses, meaning, you can't change the aperture anymore and obviously no auto focusing either.

 

So you are left with only "dumb" adapters, get one made of metal, avoid the plastic one like hell. Check the comments if the metal adapter has any chaffing issues, if so, look for another one.

 

Considering your needs, you could also get a focal reducer too, quite a bit more expensive but if the lens was made for FF, you get 2/3 of extra stop of light from it. ie. a F2.8 lens becomes a F2ish lens.

There are some issues tied to that, you could get some softer picture as you are introducing extra glass between the lens and the sensor.
