Finally received my new kit lens will put this on when I travel. it has the much improved focusing distance 10-15cm and better OIS anti-shake which makes this lens even more versatile.

I had no problem at 1/8sec at all. The OIS works well for me. highly recommended.

Very nice! A friend of mine has it on the X-A2 and I was very surprised of the close Focus distance, too.
