X-Pro2 Bug: PC AUTO-SAVE feture hangs X-Pro2 if PC doesn´t exist

Hallo All,

 

if you PC AUTO SAVE to an Computer which is switched OFF or when the selected PC doesn´t exist, your X-Pro2 will hang. You can´t even switch OFF your cam. Only removing the battery will help to restart the X-Pro2.

 

Does anybody find the same problem?

Does turning on the computer after the PRO 2 hangs free up the PRO 2 ?

Yes, i can confirm this.

An even worse problem is, that i lost 2 times my configuration settings (RAW / Quality / Compression, Release Priority Settings, even Function Button Layout !!)

 

Otherwise, this is an awesome monster camara. AF is on an incredible level.

Have just bumped into the same problem, twice. Had to remove the battery each time but don't appear to have lost configuration settings.

My X-Pro 2 froze at image #4 while I was uploading images trough PC Autosave on Mac. Only removing the battery helped.

I've had an issue since day 1 of the XPro2 freezing up after importing images into LR. When the transfer is done, if I don't unplug the USB
within 5 minutes, the camera will freeze and I have to drop the battery out. I dropped it at FUJI Edison for the 3rd time and they gave me another
camera.Best service I've had since Marty Forscher.
