I haven't tried it yet because compatibility chart only shows Big Sur 11.0.  I've had issues with other photo editing software (e.g. Picktorial) that are supposed to work with M1 chip through Rosetta but do very weird things in graphics, so you waste a lot of time.  So I'm trying to only use software that's officially spec'd and tested for current Big Sur O/S and M1 chip.  I've run into a wall trying to uncompress my XT3 RAF files which is required for the time-lapse software that I'm using (which runs M1 native -- yahoo!).  I'm using Adobe DNG converter for now but afraid that I'm losing quality.   Would like to use Capture One Express but by the time they come out with one that will work with 11.3.1, Apple will be at least at 11.4.  (Otherwise I'm loving my new M1 Mac mini!)
