Fujifilm XT4 1.03 Update---- Firmaware not found

I am attempting to update my camera to the latest firmware release Body 1.03 from Body 1.02 and keep getting a message of "Firmware Not Found" I have tried this on multiple sd cards.

Has anyone else had an issue like this or aware on how to resolve it?

Did you unzip the firmware file before putting it to the root directory of the SD card?

I did not however the file downloaded as the .dat file as needed in the firmware update.

 

Just now taking another look at the file it is not a zip file.

The file name contains "-3" which indicates you have 3 copies. Go to your download folder and delete the duplicates. You should have only FWUP0024.DAT
