Fuji X-H1 unlock locked butons (Q)

Hello guys, I got a problem this morning with my XH1, it's locked, I can't use the dials or some buttons on the camera. I've checked on the site and it said that to unlock i need to push the menu button for few seconds but that didn't worked...Does anyone now how to fix this issue ? Thanks for your help

Is there a small lock symbol on your display?

Try to press the menu/OK button for a longer time.

I know, that;s why I'm asking for some help. Also since this morning I have some big problems with the camera, it has reset alone in japanese, new baterries are out in 1 hour (with and without the grip) also it has big trouble to turn it on (I have to get the batterie out and in again just to tun it on) and finaly the locked symbol is still there no matter what i do (when i press the menu button for long time it just send me in the menu of the camera and nothing else happens)  😅

That‘s even stranger. So it sends you to the Japanese menu and you can‘t use any button? Is it a model for / from Japan? I fear your camera needs servicing

Did you ever solve the issue mine has done this exact same thing today.... HELP
