Hello guys, I got a problem this morning with my XH1, it's locked, I can't use the dials or some buttons on the camera. I've checked on the site and it said that to unlock i need to push the menu button for few seconds but that didn't worked...Does anyone now how to fix this issue ? Thanks for your help

I know, that;s why I'm asking for some help. Also since this morning I have some big problems with the camera, it has reset alone in japanese, new baterries are out in 1 hour (with and without the grip) also it has big trouble to turn it on (I have to get the batterie out and in again just to tun it on) and finaly the locked symbol is still there no matter what i do (when i press the menu button for long time it just send me in the menu of the camera and nothing else happens)  😅

    • I've been using an X-T3 for years... Now I just decided to give an X-T50 a try, mainly for IBIS and supposedly better autofocus... As light goes down it is much worst, I started to notice it immediately! I tried with bot the 27mm 2.8 and the 35 1.4, I know not the best lenses for autofocus, but still the X-T3 handles it much quicker in difficult/dark situations, Here is a video, the first is the X-T3, the second the X-T50: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/14mxqd5xkltwz609x3s52/test-focus.mp4?rlkey=xsc6v5zzke2n4m9q4x2wldoci&dl=0 Tracking is even worst!!! : https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/9kejtzmlkidyauymh53nk/test-focus2.mp4?rlkey=axg3j51c4nknwgz4ewf9obuj2&dl=0 Both camera same exact settings, both on latest firmware and both in boost mode
    • In addition to above suggestions: in auto-iso, set minimum shutter speed appropriate to your focal length. In low-light conditions, set aperture wide open (f1.4-f2).
    • Ghosts and goblins and all sorts of fey critters are stirring again. It is that time of the year. Be careful, they will soon be out and about... Boo!

    • First thing to try would be a factory reset. If the camera locks up before you can select it in its menus, it is still possible clear its settings-memory (cmos?) by leaving it without battery for a while. Actually don't know for how long you would need to leave it, as I accidentally discovered this option by storing my camera for a year (wanted to have it repaired for a similar lock-up problem, which turned out to not be necessary after all ^_^). You will know the memory was cleared when you have to re-select language and date+time when starting it again.
