I've read reviews that the BLC-X100V leather case is a step backwards from the equivalent case for the X100F.  The top flap that covers the body is no longer attached to the lower part.  This means the cover must be completely removed when taking a photo and makes the process of revealing the lens, taking a photo, and closing it again much more cumbersome.

Has anyone had a different experience with the BLC-X100V or know of a good alternative case to protect the entire body?
