Trouble with Xpro 3

This is the second xpro3 I’ve had trouble with. On the lower left corner on the back the red light flashes. In the viewfinder it says, turn the camera off and back on. It does this time after time. I’ve not even taken any pictures yet. I previously returned the same model back for a replacement with the same problem. Any thoughts or solutions?

I shut off trying to download to the smartphone
