  1. I have changed to full Fuji since the start of the year. Sure its not as fast as CaNikon, but it does the job well and I have no complaints about it. It does of course misses, but I learned to press and depress my shutter while I 3D track and Burst low at the same time to ensure my camera is still focusing on where I want it to be.. You just have to learn it's tricks.. I mean come'on, back in the days where CaNikon's AF was crappy (e.g nikon D200, or Canon 5D mk1), people still shot weddings with it and ended up well. Im pretty sure Fuji's AF is better than a d200 or 5Dmk1... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. The problem lies with Fuji's choice of rubber material. Same goes with the older Olympus models and Nikon models, they all have issues with rubbers expanding and eventually coming off the body itself.. Canon's "rubber" is probably the longest lasting one. I personally havent seen one from Canon with an "expanded" or "loose" rubber no matter how old the camera.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. The soft release will actually trigger more shots in my case.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Yeah, despite being able to customize buttons and dials, but as I said, Im spoiled with xt-1's physical iso dial haha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Oh.. Well I guess I learn something new everyday. All I used are primes so I didnt really experience these zooms properly. I do wish they will make a 23/2 OIS though [emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. That sounds like a great idea - I would probably get in touch to their Japan HQ and see if they will do anything about it. Also sent myXT-1 for repair and its covered under warranty but they are still charging me for the bent rubber port door - but since its going to cost me around $5 I didnt bother about it much.. 7. The eyecup could be the culprit as it blocks the eye sensor - making it think that you have your eye on the evf so it switches off the lcd. However if its in all good condition, it might be a loose connector/or faulty, or the lcd itself is having problems. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. The only noticable difference that I care about FOR ME, is not having the PHYSICAL ISO DIAL on tha XT-10, and thats it. I dont know if thats considered a professional difference, but for me its a significant one. However I do welcome the size and I actually tend to like the XT-10 model a bit more.. Especially the silver! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. How could the sound still be there even if you turn OIS off? Just wondering ... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Love the camera and I hope you'll love it too. Im a full time paid photographer and Im using all fuji cameras. I dont care what they call it "enthusiast" "prosumer" "beginner" "entry level" etc etc - as long as they do what I need and I deliver results, they are a professional tool for me. However I do wish they would've put an iso dial below their mode dial (stack it). So Im sticking to my xt-1 and have my xt-10 for second body. Sure yes I can configure it on one of the button, but I guess Im spoiled for having a physical iso button. I almost never needed to open up the menu anymore.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I sent in my Fujifilm Flash for repair last week and they called me 2 days after they received my flash. My flash unit had a broken lock on it's battery door, all is functional and nothing else is wrong with it. Heck I have been using it that way with a loose battery door - albeit I used rubber band and duck tape to keep it shut and it works just fine. So they called me and say "it's going to cost me around $50 USD, for the repair". Finding it kinda ridiculous because it's quite expensive, I asked the break down for it. Then they explained: Around $10 for the door. Around $40 for the "service". I was like ?! - I asked them if I could just buy off the battery door and I can easily replace it myself and they said they dont sell spareparts. Wow thats it bye bye Fuji Flash Im gonna buy that Nissin now! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I never care about other people's reviews .. Everyone has different preferences and different style of shootings. Ken can say (and is entitled to) whatever he wants - hahaha doesnt change me from my xt-1 xt-10 and xpro-1 gear for my line of work.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  14. Wow I never seen the rubber fall off the body, having the door problems though. But Im also using a body case from Gariz so maybe that helps keeping it intact? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Mine from Malibah seem to be sucky, after a few months of usage it started to bulge and its hard to put in or take out from my xt-1's battery compartment.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Double post
  17. Yeah I wish the door would be made from plastic and have a rubber seal all over it instead of it being all rubber like that - mine has been bulging and I never bothered to try closing it properly anymore.. Kinda suck! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
