  1. This'll really be challenge for me, as I tend to let the images compound on the SD card until (a) I take a photo I really need right now or ( the card is full.
  2. I would like to put a different angle on this thread. I don't really think it is the film-thing that sets the old guys apart from the rest, but rather that if you started photography pre-1980'ish, you most learned photography using prime lenses. And I think that is what makes people enjoy the FUJIFILM system so much, because it is stll predominantly grounded on primes.
  3. 30mm f/3.5 macro (1:1) 135mm f/2.5 500mm f/8 auto-focus catadioptric
  4. Out of the various 135mm lenses that I own, my favourite is the Takumar 1:3.5/135 (Mark II). And as soon as I figure out how to post photos on the forum, I'll upload a few of the dog.
  5. Ideal setup comprising of currently available FUJIFILM lenses: 35mm & 90mm. Ideal setup comprising of desired FUJIFILM lenses: 35mm f/3.5, 135mm f/4 & 400mm f/5.6.
  6. Except for one poster, you all have it terribly wrong. Focal length, especially for "street photography" is not about field of view, but about perspective. Thus for the OP the choice between the 23mm and the 27mm should not be made on the basis of field of view or even actual physical size of the lens, but on how the perspective of each lens will define the ultimate style of his street photography.
